We, as Americans, whether here for generations or new citizens, need to take back America one building at a time. My financial experts, in 2005, predicted that the real estate market would bottom-out in 2010; they were only off by a year or so. 2012 is the best year to buy real estate since the 50's and 60's.
For example, in southeast Michigan, residential and commercial values have depreciated between 50% and 80% in some cases. Buying these properties and leasing them out guarantees income, where the stock market guarantees nothing.
Today's market is flooded with homes, buildings, and land that are priced to make immediate profits. A great percentage of these gold mines are bank owned. Others are HUD homes, short sales, or distressed properties. If you have no cash or credit, there are land contracts available. Also, it is cheaper to buy than rent; a complete opposite of years past. |
